Costa Rica is becoming more and more popular with US and Canadians seeking a "pura vida" break to get away from it all.In response to high levels of demand United Airlines has announced a direct flight from Chicago’s O'Hare International Airport and San José, Costa Rica, scheduled to begin April 13.
They have further announced that subject to regulatory approval they intend to start a direct flight from Washington, D.C.’s Dulles International Airport and San José.Meanwhile Air Canada's new low cost airline, Rouge will commence operations in July 2013 and they have announced flights from Canada to San Jose and Liberia starting at just CA$389.
