Liberia International Airport recorded the highest ever numbre of monthly arrivals in its history in January of this year with 21,637 visitors (a 28% increase on the same month last year)
The number of international flights landing has increased by 14% in the same period.
These huge increases are as a direct result of the ongoing marketing of Guanacaste and what it has to offer.

That's great news then for Costa Rica. This will certainly contribute to an increase in the economy of the country and provide more jobs to its people.
